Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn (Mexican style)
  • 1/4 c. diced pimentos
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. medium noodles
  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef and chopped onion; sauté until tender.
  3. Stir in milk and cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add corn, pimentos, cream of mushroom soup, salt, pepper, and cooked noodles; mix well.
  5. Divide the mixture into two 1 1/2-quart dishes.
  6. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese on top of each casserole.
  7. Bake until bubbly and tan-colored, about 30 minutes.
  8. Can be frozen for later use.
