Olive Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 1/3 cup chopped yellow onion
  • 4 cloves pressed garlic
  • 2 eggs extra large
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 pound pork sausage or ground pork
  • 16 ounce pimento stuffed olived drained, rinsed and roughly chopped (10 oz dw)
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2/3 cup chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. combine and mix bread crumbs, milk, pepper, onion, garlic, and eggs
  2. combine sausage/ground pork and beef and kneed. mix in olives and sausage.
  3. mix meets and bread crumb mix. mold into loaf pans to withing 3/4 inch of top.
  4. combine butter, chili sauce, water and worcestershire. and cover top of loaves
  5. bake in preheated oven at 375 for 1 hour and 15 min.
