Ingredients

  • 2 cups soy sauce
  • 4 teaspoons vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 2 teaspoons peanut oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • 2 teaspoons crushed red pepper
  • 25 chicken breast patties

Instructions

  1. Mix soy sauce, vinegar, honey, ginger, peanut oil, garlic, and crushed red pepper well.
  2. Marinate chicken breasts in the mixture for 1 hour.
  3. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  4. Bake chicken at 325°F for 15 to 20 minutes.
