Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime-flavored gelatin
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1 c. large-curd cream-style cottage cheese
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. chopped green pepper

Instructions

  1. Dissolve lime-flavored gelatin in the boiling water.
  2. Add mayonnaise or salad dressing and beat with rotary beater until smooth.
  3. Chill until partially set.
  4. Fold in the cottage cheese, celery, and green pepper.
  5. Pour into a 4 1/2-cup mold.
  6. Chill until firm.
