Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hot sausage
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 c. shredded cheese
  • 2 tsp. chopped onion
  • 2 tsp. chopped jalapeno pepper

Instructions

  1. Brown the sausage and drain excess fat.
  2. Whip the eggs until well blended.
  3. Add the cooked sausage, shredded cheese, chopped onion, and chopped jalapeno peppers to the eggs.
  4. Pour the mixture into a 9 x 9-inch pan sprayed with Pam.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes until set and golden.
  6. Cut into squares and serve.
