Ingredients

  • 4 cups Pepperidge Farm stuffing
  • 4-6 skinless boneless chicken breasts
  • paprika
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Mix stuffing, 1 1/4 cups boiling water, and 4 tablespoons margarine.
  2. Spoon stuffing across the center of a shallow baking dish.
  3. Place chicken breasts on each side of the stuffing.
  4. Sprinkle chicken with paprika.
  5. Mix cream of mushroom soup, milk, and chopped parsley.
  6. Pour the soup mixture over the chicken and stuffing.
  7. Bake covered at 400°F for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
