Ingredients

  • 10 3/4 oz. can condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 tbsp. minced dried onion
  • 2 cups chopped fully cooked ham
  • 1 cup elbow macaroni
  • 2 tbsp. chopped pimento
  • 1/2 cup shredded American cheese

Instructions

  1. In a 1 1/2-quart casserole, combine the condensed cream of celery soup, milk, drained mushrooms, and dried minced onion.
  2. Add chopped fully cooked ham, uncooked elbow macaroni, chopped pimento, and a dash of pepper.
  3. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
  4. Bake, covered, in a 375°F oven for about 50 minutes or until the macaroni is tender.
  5. Uncover and sprinkle shredded American cheese on top before serving.
