Ingredients

  • 12 oz. vanilla wafers
  • 1/2 cup margarine, softened
  • 1 cup finely chopped nuts
  • 7 oz. can flaked coconut
  • 16 oz. box powdered sugar
  • 6 oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted

Instructions

  1. Crush vanilla wafers into fine crumbs.
  2. Add powdered sugar, softened margarine, thawed orange juice concentrate, and chopped nuts to the crumbs.
  3. Mix all ingredients well until combined.
  4. Form the mixture into small balls.
  5. Roll each ball in flaked coconut to coat.
  6. Serve and enjoy.
