- Soften gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water and let stand for 5 minutes.

- Combine with sugar and fruit juices and chill until thickened.
- Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
- Pour the mixture into individual molds and chill until firm.
- Unmold the orange sponge before serving.
