- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, combine Bisquick, chopped walnuts, raisins, sugar, grated orange peel, and caraway seed.
- In a small bowl, beat milk and egg with a fork until well blended.
- Stir the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients just until blended.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for approximately 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool slightly before removing from the pan and serving.
