Ingredients

  • 3 small heads bibb lettuce
  • 1 1/2 lb. fresh spinach
  • 3 oranges
  • 3/4 medium red onion
  • 3/4 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
  • 3 tsp. butter

Instructions

  1. Combine lettuce, spinach, oranges, and red onion in a large bowl.
  2. In a saucepan, saut walnuts in butter until lightly browned.
  3. Add the toasted walnuts to the lettuce mixture.
  4. Toss the salad with Sweet-and-Sour Dressing before serving.
