Ingredients

  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1 c. Crisco oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 (No. 303) can pumpkin
  • 2/3 c. water
  • 3 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 c. raisins (if desired)

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients.
  2. Pour in 3 medium size loaf pans or 3 greased and floured coffee cans.
  3. Bake at 350° for one hour.
