- In a food processor or blender, whirl 1/2 package of Oreos, including fillings, until fine crumbs form.
- Alternatively, place cookies in a paper or plastic bag and crush them with a rolling pin.
- Mix the cookie crumbs with melted butter until well combined and press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add sugar and vanilla, and continue beating until combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in whipping cream and flour until just incorporated.
- Pour the filling over the prepared crust in the pan.
- Bake for about 60 minutes or until the center is set and a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool completely at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
