Ingredients

  • 28 Oreo cookies
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Finely crush 20 Oreo cookies.
  2. Mix the cookie crumbs with melted butter and press evenly into the bottom of a 9x9-inch baking pan.
  3. Chop the remaining Oreo cookies.
  4. Layer shredded coconut, white chocolate chips, and chopped cookies over the crust in the prepared pan.
  5. Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the layers.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown and set.
  7. Allow to cool completely before cutting into 24 bars.
