- 8 crumbled Heath bars ⓘ
- 4 oz Kahlua
- Cool Whip ⓘ
- 20 graham crackers ⓘ
- 1 tsp vanilla ⓘ
- 6 oz Nestle semi-sweet chocolate chips ⓘ
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional) ⓘ
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk ⓘ
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 cup cold water ⓘ
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 oz unsweetened chocolate ⓘ
- 3/4 cup milk ⓘ
Instructions
- Line a serving dish with ladyfingers or crushed graham crackers to form the base layer.
- In a mixing bowl, soften the cream cheese and blend with sugar, vanilla, and melted unsweetened chocolate until smooth.
- Dissolve unflavored gelatin in cold water, then heat gently until fully dissolved.
- Mix the gelatin into the cream cheese mixture and fold in the chocolate ice cream, coffee ice cream, Kahlua, and crushed Heath bars.
- Spread the ice cream mixture over the prepared crust layer in the dish.
- Top with whipped topping (Cool Whip) and sprinkle with chopped walnuts if desired.
