Ingredients

  • 1 lb. round steak
  • meat tenderizer
  • 2 Tbsp. fat
  • 1 c. celery, sliced diagonally
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. mushroom soup
  • 2/3 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Brown narrow slices of meat quickly, 1/2 amount at a time. Remove meat from pan.
  2. Cook celery and onion 2 to 3 minutes until tender-crispy.
  3. Add water and soy sauce to mushroom soup and bring to a boil, then return meat to the pan.
  4. Add spinach to the skillet. Cover and bring to a boil.
  5. Add bean sprouts and cook for 1 minute, then serve.
