Ingredients

  • 2 lb beef cubes
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 1 small container sour cream
  • 1 bag egg noodles

Instructions

  1. In a 2-quart covered casserole, stir together the cream of mushroom soup, cream of celery soup, and onion soup mix.
  2. Add beef cubes to the casserole, cover, and bake at 325°F for 3 hours.
  3. While the beef is baking, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions.
  4. Before serving, stir in the sour cream into the cooked beef mixture.
  5. Serve the beef stroganoff over the cooked egg noodles.
