Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1/3 c. chili sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 1/2 tsp. horseradish
  • 1 tsp. minced onion
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • melted butter or oleo

Instructions

  1. Combine ground beef, chili sauce, prepared mustard, horseradish, minced onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  2. Cut hamburger buns in half.
  3. Spread the hamburger mixture evenly on the cut sides of the buns.
  4. Place the prepared buns on a broiler rack.
  5. Brush the buns with melted butter or oleo.
  6. Broil 4 to 6 inches from the flame for 10 minutes, until heated through and slightly browned.
