- Melt butter in a Pyrex baking dish in a preheated 400°F oven.
- Shake chicken pieces in flour, salt, pepper, and paprika mixture in a plastic bag.
- Place chicken, skin side down, in the melted butter.
- Bake for 30 minutes, then turn chicken and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- Heat the cream of chicken soup and mushrooms together on the stove, adding the liquid from the mushrooms.
- After the chicken browns the additional 15 minutes, pour the soup mixture over the chicken.
- Reduce oven temperature to 350°F and continue cooking for 15 to 30 minutes until done.
