Ingredients

  • 2 lb. round steak
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon hickory smoked salt

Instructions

  1. Cut steak into thin strips.
  2. Lay strips in a single layer on a baking sheet or rack.
  3. Mix soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and hickory smoked salt in a bowl.
  4. Pour the marinade over the meat strips, ensuring they are well coated.
