Ingredients

  • 25 oz. frozen dinner rolls
  • 1 pkg. butterscotch pudding mix
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup nuts

Instructions

  1. Use a one-piece angel food cake pan to assemble the dish.
  2. Arrange the frozen dinner rolls in the pan.
  3. Mix the butterscotch pudding mix with melted margarine.
  4. Pour the pudding mixture evenly over the rolls.
  5. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and nuts.
  6. Sprinkle the sugar mixture over the rolls and pudding.
  7. Cover and refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to meld.
  8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) until golden and cooked through, approximately 30-40 minutes, before serving.
