Instructions
- Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Layer 6 slices of bread and half of the grated cheeses in the prepared pan.
- Repeat with the remaining bread and cheese.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs; add dry mustard and milk, then blend well.
- Pour the egg mixture over the layered bread and cheese.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Bake uncovered at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
