Ingredients

  • 10 oz. chopped spinach, cooked and drained
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Bake at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes until golden and set.
  3. Let stand a few minutes before cutting into squares and serving.
