Ingredients

  • 4 potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 1 c. water
  • 3 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 stalks celery chopped
  • 1 10 oz. pkg frozen corn
  • 2 cans creamed corn
  • 1 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
  • 2 pt. oysters undrained
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine water, chicken bouillon cubes, and salt in a Dutch oven and cook over medium heat for 8 minutes.
  2. Stir in chopped celery, frozen corn, creamed corn, and onion flakes.
  3. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Stir in undrained oysters, milk, butter, and pepper, then cook over low heat until heated through.
  5. Garnish with bacon before serving.
