Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. lime jello
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple and juice
  • 1 c. creamed cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp. horseradish
  • 1/2 c. salad dressing
  • 1 c. crushed nuts

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the lime jello in boiling water and add the juice from the crushed pineapple.
  2. Let the jello set, then beat until frothy.
  3. Fold in crushed pineapple, creamed cottage cheese, horseradish, salad dressing, and crushed nuts.
  4. Chill until firm and cut into squares.
