  • 2 lb. stew meat
  • 1 c. celery, cut in large pieces
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
  • 5 Tbsp. rice or tapioca
  • 6 carrots, cut in large pieces
  • 6 potatoes, quartered
  • 1 c. stewed tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients raw into a roaster.
  2. Cover the roaster.
  3. Bake at 250°F for 5 hours.
