Ingredients

  • 1/2 head cabbage, thinly shredded
  • 1 package rice noodles
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion
  • carrots
  • celery
  • bell pepper

Instructions

  1. Brown garlic, onion, carrots, and celery in 1 tablespoon hot oil.
  2. Add meat and dissolve the bouillon cube in 1 cup hot water; pour into the pan with the meat and vegetables.
  3. Add shredded cabbage and rice noodles; cover with water.
  4. Steam until noodles are limp and soft, and vegetables are tender.
