Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons flour
  • 5 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Combine eggs, flour, and milk in a mixing bowl.
  3. Mix thoroughly with a wire whisk until smooth.
  4. Heat butter in a 10-inch ovenproof frying pan in the oven while preheating.
  5. Add the batter to the hot butter in the pan.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until the pancake is puffed and golden.
  7. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve immediately.
