Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp lemon pepper
  • 1/8 tsp thyme
  • 6 (4 oz) chicken breasts
  • 3 Tbsp melted margarine

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a shallow dish, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley flakes, salt, lemon pepper, and thyme.
  3. Dip each chicken breast half into melted margarine or spray with cooking spray, then coat with the bread crumb mixture.
  4. Place the coated chicken breasts on a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
