Ingredients

  • 8 Tbsp. soft butter
  • 3/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. all purpose flour
  • 1 c. finely grated fresh parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. fresh ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients until just pulling together.
  2. Form into a disc and chill for 2 hours or overnight.
  3. Flour surface well and roll into a rectangle.
  4. Use a ruler and a pizza cutter to cut into squares while on a cookie sheet.
  5. Prick each cracker with a fork.
  6. Bake at 375°F until light golden brown, approximately 15-20 minutes.
  7. Let cool slightly and re-cut with a pizza cutter.
