- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Wash potatoes, leaving the peeling on, and cut into quarters.
- In a bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, flour, salt, and pepper.
- Roll the potato quarters in the cheese and flour mixture until coated.
- Place coated potatoes in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
- Melt margarine and pour over the potatoes.
- Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes.
- Turn potatoes and bake for an additional 20 minutes or until tender.
