Ingredients

  • 8 potatoes
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 8 tablespoons margarine

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Wash potatoes, leaving the peeling on, and cut into quarters.
  3. In a bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, flour, salt, and pepper.
  4. Roll the potato quarters in the cheese and flour mixture until coated.
  5. Place coated potatoes in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
  6. Melt margarine and pour over the potatoes.
  7. Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes.
  8. Turn potatoes and bake for an additional 20 minutes or until tender.
