Mini party pizzas with savory sausage, ground beef, and melted cheese on rye bread, topped with oregano—perfect for gatherings and easy to prepare ahead.

Instructions
- Brown sausage and ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add Velveeta cheese to the cooked meat and stir until melted and well combined.
- Spread a small amount of the mixture onto each rye bread slice, not quite covering the top.
- Sprinkle oregano over each assembled mini pizza.
- Optionally, freeze the assembled pizzas in a Ziploc bag for future use.
- Bake on a cookie sheet at 350°F for 10 minutes or until cheese starts to bubble. If frozen, bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
