Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked, cubed beef
  • 3 potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 3 carrots, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 onion, quartered
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 10 3/4 oz. can condensed golden mushroom soup
  • 10 oz. package frozen peas

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, combine the cooked, cubed beef, potatoes, carrots, onion, water, and condensed golden mushroom soup.
  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 20 minutes.
  3. Add the frozen peas and continue cooking for an additional 15 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
