Ingredients

  • 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup sauerkraut, well drained
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon pickle relish
  • 1 package (2 1/2 oz.) sliced smoked corned beef, coarsely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon catsup
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. Mix baking mix, milk, and vegetable oil until soft dough forms.
  3. Press the dough into an ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
  4. Top with sauerkraut and coarsely chopped sliced smoked corned beef.
  5. Mix mayonnaise, pickle relish, and catsup; spread over the corned beef layer.
  6. Sprinkle shredded Swiss cheese evenly over the top.
  7. Bake until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown, about 12 to 15 minutes.
  8. Cut into 2-inch squares and serve.
