Ingredients

  • 16 oz. pkg. spaghetti
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 3/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 lb. ground beef, browned
  • 32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 2 c. mushrooms, sliced

Instructions

  1. Break spaghetti into 2-inch pieces.
  2. Cook spaghetti in boiling water until al dente, then drain and cool.
  3. Beat eggs lightly in a bowl.
  4. Stir in milk, 1 cup of shredded cheese, and garlic powder.
  5. Add cooked spaghetti to the egg mixture and stir together.
