Ingredients

  • 1 lb. rotelle wheels
  • 1 lb. fresh shrimp
  • 2 c. heavy cream
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1/8 tsp. red pepper
  • 3/4 c. locatelli cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 c. fresh parsley
  • 1/2 c. fresh basil
  • 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, blend butter, heavy cream, red pepper, and Locatelli cheese over low heat until combined.
  2. In a skillet, melt garlic in butter until browned. Add shrimp and stir-fry until cooked through.
  3. Add parsley, basil, and lemon juice to the shrimp mixture on low heat.
  4. Remove from heat and set aside.
  5. Prepare pasta according to package instructions.
  6. Drain the cooked pasta.
  7. Pour the cream sauce over the drained pasta.
  8. Garnish with cooked shrimp and serve.
