Ingredients

  • 2 large tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/3 cup black olives
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • fresh ground pepper
  • 8 ounces cooked pasta, drained
  • 1/3 cup diced green pepper

Instructions

  1. Toss cooked pasta with chopped tomatoes, minced garlic, black olives, green pepper, onion, and green olives if using.
  2. Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Chill briefly if desired, then serve.
