Ingredients

  • 1 lb. medium pasta shells
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen peas
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 large yellow or red pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup minced parsley
  • 1/4 cup NutraSweet Spoonful
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine the cooked pasta, peas, sliced green onions, and sliced pepper in a salad bowl.
  2. Mix together the skim milk, red wine vinegar, fat-free mayonnaise, minced parsley, and NutraSweet in a separate bowl to make the dressing.
  3. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss well to coat evenly.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
