Ingredients

  • 5 zucchini
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • chopped garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c. light cream
  • fresh grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 box pasta (fettucini)

Instructions

  1. At least 2 hours before mealtime, grate zucchini.
  2. Put in colander and salt to get as much moisture out as possible.
