- Chop or cube potatoes, carrots, onions, and rutabaga.
- Mix all ingredients well with hands.
- Use your own pie crust recipe for a double crust pie (10-inch pie pan).
- Put the mixed ingredients into the pie crust and vent the top of the crust.
- Bake at 400° for 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350° and bake for an additional 45 minutes or until golden brown.
