Ingredients

  • 3 lbs marrow bones
  • 6 carrots
  • 2 onions
  • 1 leek
  • 1 bunch celery
  • 4 red potatoes
  • 2 sweeet potatoes
  • 1 garnet yam
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 bunch parsley
  • 1 strip kombu
  • 12 black peppercorns
  • 4 allspice or juniper berries
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 T apple cider vinegar
  • 8 quarts water
  • 1 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. roast bones - 350 degrees for about 30 min; prep vegetsbles; simmer veggies and bones for 8 - 24 hours
