Ingredients

  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can (1 lb.) baked beans
  • 1 can (1 lb.) kidney beans, drained
  • 1 can (1 lb.) lima beans, drained
  • 1/3 cup catsup
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 pound Cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Fry bacon until crispy, then remove from pan and crumble.
  2. Saute chopped onion in the bacon grease until translucent.
  3. In a large casserole dish, combine baked beans, kidney beans, lima beans, brown sugar, catsup, and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Add the sautéed onion and crumbled bacon to the mixture.
  5. Top with Parmesan cheese and cubed Cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 20 to 30 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted.
