Ingredients

  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together until batter is smooth.
  2. Preheat an electric frying pan to 325°F and lightly spray with Pam.
  3. Pour batter into the preheated pan to form pancakes.
  4. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then turn over.
  5. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
