Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. pizza crust mix
  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 1/2 to 1 lb. ground beef
  • sliced pepperoni
  • chopped ham
  • 8 oz. mushrooms
  • chopped onions
  • chopped green peppers
  • 3/4 cup hot water
  • 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 8 oz. tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. basil

Instructions

  1. Cook sausage, ground beef, onions, and peppers; drain well.
  2. Mix pizza crust mix with hot water and stir until blended.
  3. Form into a ball; cover and set in a warm place for 5 minutes.
  4. With greased fingers, press dough evenly onto a greased pan.
  5. Bake lightly for 3 to 4 minutes to create a chewy crust.
  6. Mix spices with tomato sauce and spoon over the crust.
  7. Top with meats, mushrooms, and cheese.
  8. Bake at 500°F (260°C) for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese melts and begins to brown.
