Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 stick oleo (butter)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 2 packages chopped broccoli

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to a low temperature with love, approximately 350°F (tenth degree).
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs slightly with a fork.
  3. Melt the oleo (butter) and combine with the beaten eggs.
  4. Add mayonnaise, cream of mushroom soup, Parmesan cheese, and chopped onion to the mixture and stir well.
  5. Fold in the chopped broccoli until evenly coated with the mixture.
  6. Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
