Ingredients

  • 12 oz. fine noodles
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 2 cans chicken with rice soup
  • 2 to 3 cans sliced mushrooms with liquid
  • 1 package Lipton onion soup mix
  • 2 cans water
  • 14 oz. box Minute rice

Instructions

  1. Brown the noodles in butter for 10 minutes.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients: chicken with rice soup, sliced mushrooms with liquid, Lipton onion soup mix, water, and Minute rice.
  3. Bring the mixture to a rapid boil.
  4. Turn off the stove and add the Minute rice.
  5. Cover and let stand for 45 minutes before serving.
