Ingredients

  • 1 pkg yellow cake mix
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1 large can sliced peaches, drained
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Cut butter into the cake mix and mix with coconut.
  2. Press the mixture moderately into a 13 x 9-inch pan.
  3. Spray the pan with Pam and bake for 10 minutes at 350°F.
  4. Arrange drained sliced peaches on top of the baked crust.
  5. Mix sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle over the peaches.
  6. Mix egg into sour cream and drizzle over the peaches and cinnamon topping.
  7. Bake for an additional 25 minutes at 350°F.
  8. Ensure not to overbake the cake before removing from oven.
