Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp almond flavoring
  • 1 1/2 cups 10x sugar
  • 8 to 10 fresh peaches
  • 1/2 box vanilla wafers

Instructions

  1. Crumble vanilla wafers coarsely in a 9 x 9-inch dish.
  2. Melt margarine and mix with beaten eggs, sugar, and almond flavoring.
  3. Pour the mixture over the wafers in the dish.
  4. Arrange sliced peaches on top of the wafer mixture.
  5. Cover the peaches with Cool Whip or whipped topping.
  6. Chill overnight before serving.
