Ingredients

  • 29 oz. can sliced peaches, drained
  • 10 oz. package raspberries in lite syrup, thawed
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom or nutmeg
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, at room temperature

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine peaches, raspberries with syrup, 1 tablespoon flour, and cardamom or nutmeg. Blend well with a rubber spatula.
  3. Divide the mixture evenly among four 1-cup individual baking dishes.
