Peach Melba Trifle combines fresh peaches, strawberries, and peach melba sauce layered with angel food cake and yogurt, creating a light, fruity dessert perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 angel food cake
  • 1 (8 oz.) fat-free peaches and cream yogurt
  • 1 (8.5 oz.) jar peach melba sauce
  • 6 med. peaches
  • 1 qt. fresh strawberries

Instructions

  1. Cut the angel food cake into 1/2 inch cubes.
  2. Peel and slice the peaches.
  3. Stem and halve the strawberries.
  4. Place a layer of cake in the bottom of a trifle dish.
  5. Ladle 3 tablespoons of yogurt on top of the cake.
  6. Top with 4 tablespoons of peach melba sauce.
  7. Add half of the sliced peaches and strawberries.
  8. Repeat the layers once more.
  9. Refrigerate before serving.
